How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please reach out to our customer service via email with the following information:
- Order Number: (e.g., #1001)
- Issue Description: Clearly state if you are requesting a return or exchange and describe the issue.
- Photos or Videos: Include images or videos showing the fault in the product and the overall condition of the package.
Important Notes:
- Tracking Number Required: You must provide a traceable tracking number when you send your item back. This allows us to track and process your return or exchange effectively.
- Condition of Return: Items must be returned in their original condition without signs of wear, tears, stains, or alterations.
- Correct Return Address: Due to our global operations, return warehouse addresses vary by country. Contact customer service to obtain the correct local warehouse address for returns. Do not use the address on the original waybill as it is not the return address.
- Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method—either credit card or PayPal. PayPal refunds are immediate, while credit card refunds may take 3-5 business days to process.
